
This is a weekend long, immersive, high fantasy roleplay event. Attending means fast paced simulated combat, plenty of camaraderie and campfire banter with your allies, and a reactive style of storytelling that places you, the player at the center of an evolving world.

STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO ATTENDING
1. Read the Faith and Steel Rules Document found in the files section of the Faith and Steel Facebook group.
2. Read any world lore, including the Clans or Empire lore. We also recommend reading the 3 Year War Report, and any War Briefs or Reports relevant to you. All can be found in the Faith and Steel Facebook group files section.
3. Create your character! And submit them to this Google Form.

Last day for Early Bird Price is 23rd March.

Arrival Start:
Friday, May 23rd, 12:00PM
Game Hours:
Saturday, May 24th, 9:00AM to 10:00PM
Sunday, May 25th, 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Event Ends:
Official content ends Sunday, May 25th, 6:00PM
Players may stay until Monday, May 26th for Pack Up
Players must leave the site by 5:00PM on Monday, May 26th unless they have special approval with the Advisor Team.

TICKET DETAILS
Staggered Tickets:
To ensure that both Nations have a roughly even amount of players, tickets will be released in staggered amounts. More tickets will not be released until the current cap for both Nations has been reached. Initially 30 tickets per Nation will be released, and 10 or 5 more at a time after that.
Please note that ticket caps and reservations will now only be considered through tickets bought through Trybooking. If you have special circumstances and need to arrange a delayed payment or payment plan, please contact the Advisor Team. We would much rather work with you to make your life easier, then have you miss out.
If you are submitting a character after the current cap of tickets for your Nation has been reached, you can join the other Nation or be added to the waitlist through Trybooking.

Refund Policy:
Refunds accepted up until May 16th, 2025 with no questions asked. If for any reason you cannot attend the Event, please contact our email or the Advisors through Facebook Messenger as soon as possible so we can process a refund.
LARPwest Insurance:
You must hold a valid LARPwest Membership to attend this event. You must also abide by the LARPwest Member Code of Conduct at all times. The membership is $30 a year and can be purchased from this link.
